He was one of administrators at lineage2extreme.com. (now closed).
His reputation didn't spread because he was such a good admin, but because he is one of the most corrupted staff members in entire history of private L2.
I will not cover this in detail, as another site already has plenty of details about his corruption there, but let's just say, his corruption had no limits. He was leveling people up and giving items on plain sight. Most known to receive items is SiSenors clan

After Extreme, Dizzan opened a few other servers for quick money, all of which, all of them shut down within 1-2 months later on.
When players accused his alt-nicks of being dizzan, he NEVER admitted it.
One such server is (was) l2moonlight.net.
Dizzan was known here as Ginger.

Accusation by one of the players:
Ofcourse, all that time, Ginger always lied and denied ANY kind of connection with Dizzan.
He even claimed his feelings being hurt and accusing players (who told the truth) as pathetic.
GOOD JOB DIZZAN!
Then whois record of l2moonlight came out.
It instantly became obvious who is the liar and who is telling the truth.
Needless to say, L2moonlight closed 1 month after that. Dizzan ran away with all donation money.

Few days ago, somebody tried to open another server called l2-forever.
It was looking good, with one exception. Original owner had NO IDEA his server is opening again.
After little inspection, it turned out that it's Dizzan.
Whois for l2forever.org
If we check owner record, we see owner of domain is : Domen Pecnik.
Dizzan's full name is Domen Pečnik.
Coincidence? I don't think so.
Of course, we get the same old story, "I AM NOT DIZZAN"!!
Believe what you want, but I suggest you stay away from any server that may have him in the staff or even be his own.
